How Sapientia collects, uses and protects your data — in plain language, with the exact scope of the Amazon access you grant.
Effective 2026-09-01 · DAER LLCSapientia is operated by DAER LLC, 43 W 33rd St, New York, NY 10001 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use sapientia.tech and the Sapientia application, why, and the choices you have. Questions: coolwcc@sapientia.tech .
Name, work email, company name, phone number if you give it, and your login credentials. If you pay us, Stripe processes your payment details; we store the last four digits and the billing status, not the card.
When you connect Amazon Advertising and Seller Central through Amazon's own authorization, we receive the data those permissions cover: advertising reports (campaigns, keywords, search terms, placements, spend and sales), Business Reports, Brand Analytics, listing content, FBA inventory, and — where you connect them — Amazon Marketing Cloud and DSP data. We receive it through Amazon's official APIs and refresh it on a schedule (typically daily).
Audit goals and notes, product costs if you provide them, competitor ASINs you choose to track, tags, and anything you type into the report chat or send through an MCP key.
Pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, IP address, and approximate location, collected through standard web logs and Microsoft Clarity.
We do not sell your data. We do not use one customer's account data to train models that serve another customer. Aggregated, de-identified statistics (for example, category benchmark distributions) never identify an account.
Only the providers needed to run the service, each under contract:
We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our users or ourselves. If DAER LLC is acquired, your data transfers with the service under this policy.
Sapientia's production systems are hosted in the Alibaba Cloud, US West (Silicon Valley) region. Wherever it is processed, your data is isolated from other customers at the tenant and row level, enforced on the server.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR, including to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
Access to your data is limited to the people and systems that need it. Every write to your Amazon account is logged with its request and response. Keys and authorizations are scoped and revocable. We describe what we have — and what we do not yet have, such as third-party certifications — on the Security & data handling page, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; sign-in will stop working if you block ours.
Sapientia is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will post changes here with a new effective date, and email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
