Amazon PPC

Amazon PPC, audited one ASIN at a time. Changed only when you approve.

Sapientia reads your Sponsored Ads data next to sales, organic rank, reviews and stock, scores one ASIN from 0 to 100, and turns what it finds into specific changes. You approve them. Seven days later, it shows what each one did.

The score

Nine dimensions, one number.

Each dimension is scored from the account’s own data. The weakest one usually explains the problem better than the overall ACOS does.

Ad efficiency (ACOS)Ad spend against ad-attributed sales, read against the margin the product can afford.
ROAS & conversionWhat each ad dollar returns, and how often a click becomes an order.
Keyword coverageWhether the search terms that actually sell the product are covered by campaigns.
Review equityRating and review count next to the listings you compete with on the same page.
Campaign structureHow spend spreads across campaigns, and whether the structure still matches the data.
Negative-keyword hygieneSpend on search terms that keep clicking and never convert.
Placement attributionTop of search, rest of search and product pages: cost and conversion by placement.
Organic activation (TACoS)Ad spend against total sales — whether ads lift organic sales or stand in for them.
Organic rank on core termsWhere the product ranks organically on the terms it pays to show up for.

Questions

What is an Amazon PPC audit?

A structured read of your Sponsored Ads data next to sales, organic rank, reviews and stock, ending in a ranked list of changes. Sapientia audits one ASIN at a time and scores it 0–100 across nine dimensions, so the result is specific enough to act on.

Is ACOS enough to judge an account?

No. Two of the three sample reports have a healthy ACOS and still lose money elsewhere: one through campaign structure and placement premiums, one through cost per order and out-of-stock converters. ACOS is one of nine dimensions in the score.

Does Sapientia change my bids or campaigns automatically?

Only when you say so. Recommended changes arrive as cards you approve or skip. You can also switch an individual strategy rule to managed, so it applies its own changes; you can switch it back at any time.

What does it cost?

The first ASIN audit is free, with no card. After a 10-day trial, the Brand plan is $299 a month for brands spending up to $50K a month on ads; agencies pay $999 a month plus 1% of managed spend.

Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?

Sapientia connects to Amazon Ads and Seller Central accounts in North America, Europe and the Far East through Amazon’s official APIs.
