The agreement between you and DAER LLC for using Sapientia — what the service does, what it will and will not do to your Amazon account, and how plans and billing work.
Effective 2026-09-01 · DAER LLCThese terms are a contract between you (the company that opens the account) and DAER LLC ("Sapientia"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Sapientia audits Amazon advertising at the ASIN level, produces recommendations and reports, applies changes you approve through Amazon's official APIs, re-measures them, and provides an MCP server for querying — and, with write scopes, acting on — your data from AI clients. Features are described on the site as of the effective date; we add and change them over time.
Scores, findings, recommendations, projections and narration are generated by models from your data and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Projections are directional estimates, not forecasts or guarantees. Verify each action in your Amazon console before executing. Nothing in the service is financial, legal or tax advice.
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period from your billing portal. Annual plans run to the end of the year you paid for. Cancellation does not refund the current period. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse, with notice where practical.
You own your data. You grant us the rights needed to provide the service — to receive it from Amazon, process it, generate reports from it, and apply approved changes. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to operate and improve the service, including category benchmarks that never identify an account. See the Privacy policy for detail.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; Amazon's APIs, and the data they return, are outside our control. Support is by email for all plans; we aim to reply within one business day.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or ad spend resulting from changes you approved or delegated.
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement. Customer names and results are not published without written permission.
We will post changes with a new effective date and email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
